please read my terms and conditions before you place a commission (request).if you do place a commission, i will assume that you have read and agreed to everything in the terms and conditions.my work is non-refundable once any payment has been made, a thorough explanation as to why can be found in the terms and conditions.please only contact me through form or email for a quote or questions. further communication once a project is established will be done through email or telegram.

pricing

prices vary on complexity of the design.i offer parts, (mini-)partials as well as bodysuits!

our base prices are:head: €1850,- and up
mini partial: €2500,- and up

all projects feature the following at a base price:

- 3D printed eye bases
- TPU 3D printed headbase (lined with neoprene) + can be custom modeled at an extra fee
- paws with stuffed toebeans (lined with neoprene, lycra or cotton)
- neoprene or fleece teeth
- one velcro removable tongue
- sturdy felt eyeliner
- handpainted + sealed eye mesh
- a pdf care guide
- a sample sheet of the materials used in your commission

base prices are for a simple design with no excessive/complex markings or details. the base price does not include any add-ons.base price includes 3 fur colors and 3 minky colors.extra fur and minky colors will increase the pricing of the project.elements that change the complexity and thus pricing:amount of colors used, markings, hair(style), length of tail, horns, non-symmetry, unusual species/shapes etcetera.if details change after getting a quote, the pricing may change as well. if your quote was done a while ago please be aware that pricing might change with time.

Love Sick Suits - Terms of Service
These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply to all commissions and transactions with Love Sick Suits ("LSS"). By commissioning us, you ("Client," "Commissioner," or "Customer") agree to these Terms. Please read them thoroughly before proceeding with any orders or services.
LSS reserves the right to modify or update these Terms at any time, for any reason. Any changes will be reflected here and will apply to all future commissions.General Terms
Agreement: By commissioning us, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms.Right to Deny or Cancel: LSS reserves the right to deny or cancel any commission at any time, for any reason. This includes instances of rude, harassing, threatening, or unreasonable behavior.Deadlines: While we may agree on a rough deadline, we do not guarantee meeting specific deadlines. Any agreed-upon deadline may still be subject to delays due to factors beyond our control.Working Environment: Our workshop is pet-free, though we do have cats in the house. Please be aware if you have allergies or sensitivities.Handmade Items: All products are handmade and handsewn. Please keep in mind that any minor imperfections may occur due to the nature of handcrafting.LSS is a one-person business, so we ask for your understanding and patience throughout the process.Age Requirements
18+ Only: You must be 18 or older to place a commission. No exceptions.Age Verification: If the age provided in the commission details does not match your actual age, LSS reserves the right to cancel the commission without refund and may blacklist the client.ID Checks: We may request age verification through ID checks or other means.Communication
Languages: We communicate in English or Dutch. Please note that English is not our native language.Respectful Communication: All communication should be respectful and professional. Any rude, disrespectful, or discriminatory behavior will result in cancellation of the commission without refund, and the client may be blacklisted.Communication: Communication will take place through Telegram or email. We will send updates when significant progress is made. Feel free to request updates at any time, but please have realistic expectations of how long work takes realistically.Delays: If there are any delays or issues before or during production of any kind, we will notify you promptly.Design and Style
Materials & Techniques: LSS uses a combination of machine and hand sewing, 3D-printed eyebases, and hand-painted mesh eyes. We use 3D printed TPU headbases, which are all modeled by LSS and can also be custom modeled if requested.Design Ownership: The character you submit for your commission must be your own creation or purchased from an artist. We do not work with stolen art or unlicensed designs.Design Changes: Once work has started, the design cannot be changed without potentially incurring additional fees due to extra work. If changes are requested after production begins, they may not be feasible or could affect the timeline and cost.Preparing for Commissioning
Reference Sheet: A clear, unshaded reference sheet must be provided, including front, side, and back views of your character, as well as a clear view of the head, neck, paws, and tail. If the reference does not match in any way, this is not our responsibility as we keep to the design of the reference(s) provided.Additional Art: If possible, provide additional artwork of your character to help us better understand your vision.Pricing & Payment
Currency: All payments must be made in euros (€).Payment Timeline: Payment must be completed within 72 hours after commission approval.Methods: Payments can be made via PayPal Business or bank transfer to a Dutch IBAN with an invoice. PayPal fees will be added to the total cost if used.Deposit: A deposit of €350 (or as discussed) is required before we begin any work or purchase materials. The deposit will of course be deducted from the final total.Payment Plans: We offer payment plans for up to three months, with payments made in 1/3 installments each month. Payment plans are binding, and failure to adhere to them will result in extra fees and legal action. If wished otherwise, please discuss the possibilities with us.Affordability: Please ensure you are able to afford the full price of the commission (or timely in case of a payment plan) before initiating contact.Making the Suit
Measurements: We may request measurements to ensure the best fit.Material Delays: Some delays may occur due to stock issues. These will be communicated, but they are sometimes beyond our control.Color Matching: We will work with you to match colors as closely as possible. Please note that exact matches may not always be possible due to material limitations. We also offer separate color matching with Howl, Big Z or MofuMofu furs.Concept Approval: We will provide a 2D concept of the head, paws, and tail for approval if needed. Once approved, major changes are not included in the base price.Work-In-Progress (WIP): We will send updates as the suit progresses. You are welcome to request updates at any time, but please keep in mind that this is a one-person business with expectations of work speed or progression.Social Media: WIP photos and photoshoot results may be shared on LSS social media unless you specifically request that they not be shared.Usage Restrictions
No AI Use: We do not permit the use of AI, machine learning, or similar tools to create, replicate, or modify any of our concepts, designs, or final products.No Commercial Use: Any of our concepts, designs, photos, or creations cannot be used for commercial purposes without express permission from LSS.Reselling and Repricing: Clients may not resell a commissioned suit at a higher price than originally paid. We also do not permit the purchase of a suit for the sole purpose of reselling it.No Copyright Infringement: We will not create or replicate any designs based on copyrighted characters or other makers' concepts, designs or works.Client Conduct and Disclaimer
LSS makes every effort to screen the clients we work with, but we are not responsible for any past or future actions, statements, or behaviors of our clients as this is out of our hands and cannot constantly be monitored.
Shipping
Shipping Costs: Shipping fees are not included in the base fee and will be calculated separately based on the location.European Shipping: Shipping costs within Europe generally range from €50-€100.International Shipping: Shipping costs outside of Europe can range from €100-€300 depending on the destination.
Customs and tariffs: Will always be charged to the client. We do not decide the customs and tariff fees if applicable to your commission, and this is the responsibility of the client. There are extra costs in customs and tariffs especially if commissioning from / sending a commission to the USA (as of October 2025). Please keep this in mind.Shipping Insurance: Packages will be insured and tracked, and we will declare the full value of the commission for customs purposes.Shipping Time: Shipping can take between a few days and 4 weeks, depending on the destination.Shipping Fee Calculation: Depending on the agreement, shipping may be included in the total price or calculated and added toward the end of the project, just before shipping out the commission.Lost or Damaged Packages: While we pack all items securely, we are not responsible for any damage or loss once the package is shipped. In the case of loss, we will try to help locate the package, but we are not liable for the recovery or replacement. Everything will always be fully insured.Warranty & RepairsWe will gladly help you explain how to do small repairs, and you are always free to send us back any commission for repairs. We can also arrange a meetup at a convention if possible. Things happen and we try our best to help out in that case. Shipping costs are always for the client’s side.
Warranty Period: We offer a one-year warranty for repairs related to construction defects, such as holes or popped seams. Warranty does not cover stains, mold, fire damage, large tears, or damage caused by improper use or care. (Also by any rough or NSFW use of the suit.)Post-Warranty Repairs: After one year, repairs will be quoted, and the client will be responsible for all associated costs, including shipping.Modifications: Any alterations made to the suit by someone other than LSS will void the warranty.Cancellation & Refunds
Right to Cancel: LSS reserves the right to cancel or deny any commission at any time, for any reason.Non-refundable: Once work has started, commissions are non-refundable. Clients are not entitled to ownership of materials or the product if the commission is canceled.Blacklisting: Clients may be blacklisted and barred from future commissions if they cancel, behave unreasonably, or breach the Terms of Service.Additional Information
Progress Checks: It is the client’s responsibility to review progress shots and ensure the project is proceeding according to their vision. Changes requested later in the process may incur additional costs.Honest Feedback: If there is anything you’re unhappy with during the process, please provide honest feedback as soon as possible. We aim to be accommodating and will do our best to make reasonable adjustments.Copyright & Design Integrity: We do not create commissions based on copyrighted characters or mimic other fursuit maker styles.Contractual Agreement
By commissioning LSS, you agree to all terms outlined above. Any agreement made via email, Telegram, or other written communication is legally binding. Payment plans are also legally binding contracts, and failure to comply may result in additional legal action.
